Your support helps ensure families in Minneapolis have what they need to get through challenging moments. Every donation directly supports individuals and families by meeting essential needs, from food and basic necessities to emergency assistance.

Donations help provide groceries, meals, diapers, baby formula, and other daily necessities for families facing financial strain.

Donations help cover medication costs, transportation costs, and home visiting kits with essential items like diapers, wipes, and formula, ensuring care and support reach families who need it.
Our Story
The South Minneapolis Solidarity Fund was created by three Minneapolis medical providers who witnessed firsthand the immediate and urgent needs facing our community. They established the fund to support neighbors who are unable to meet basic needs during times of hardship and disruptions to safety and stability. Grounded in solidarity and dignity, the fund provides direct support for food, essential resources, and access to care so individuals and families can stay healthy and safe.
